Children
Upon request, we offer everything you need for your children for free (baby cot, high chairs, changing table)

All rates include
water and electric energy usage, heating; bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen, daily cleaning service (kitchen area excluded), heated skis deposit WITH and ski boots dryer and separated gloves dryer, SKI BUS to Daolasa (winter), external private parking, free wi fi, SPA (only adults or Junior older than 16 years).

Breakfast
Included in the rates; gluten free or allergies Breakfast possible (to be requested when booking).

Deposit to pay by way of confirmation
30% of the total price. Your reservation is considered confirmed after receipt of the deposit. our account is:

Tourist Tax
The tourist tax of EUR 2,00 per person per day is not included in the price and applies to all guests over 14 years old.

For the final payment we accept cash (up to € 3000), credit cards (VISA, Master Card) or Bancomat (debit cards). We kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Minimum 2 night stay during low season, for the remaining periods weekly

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

CHECK-IN 14:30 - 21:00 

CHECK-IN 21-24 ON REQUEST 50 €

CHECK-OUT UNTIL 9:30

The apartments are available starting from 2:30 p.m. on the check-in day until 9:30 a.m. on the check-out day. We kindly ask our guests to inform us if the expected check-in time is after 6 p.m. Please note that check-in during the night are NOT possible

€ 100,00 cash deposit to be provided on day of arrival, returnable at check-out unless damages;

Cancellation
It is always unpleasant having to cancel your holiday, for cancellation until 30 days before coming we will keep the deposit for your next holiday (valid 12 months), after this term we will keep as penality fee. We suggest to add the travel insurrance, more info: https://www.care4uhotel.com/en

In case of border's closing or restriction due to the COVID-19 we will refund the deposit.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and in the common areas.
